Cloudspire – Cloudspire Outskirts Shrine (White-Robed Elder): Starting from the Cloudspire Outskirts shrine, turn around and enter the tall building on the right. Go behind it and climb the ladders to the second level outside—there, you’ll find the White-Robed Elder. He’s easy to spot as you make your way up to the rooftop.
Cloudspire – Snowpeak Pass (He Youzai): After defeating the Ming General boss, enter the house on the left and head upstairs. He Youzai can be found in the next tower.
Cloudspire – Snowpeak Pass Shrine (Fang Yao): Right after encountering He Youzai, go through the door guarded by the red bag enemy. Inside, you’ll find Fang Yao. After fierce tiger boss, go through cave behind storyteller.
End of the path you are in the shores talk to the boatman.
Then take the Boat to Bai Mansion.
